In the book Think and Grow Rich, author Napolean Hill describes the concept of a Mastermind as, “The coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people who work towards a definite purpose in a spirit of harmony…no two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind,”
Hill further attributes being part of a mastermind group as a common attribute and a key factor of success in the hundreds of succesful business persons interviewed at the request of Andrew Carnegie.
